Diane Rice brought several bags from Crystal Bridges art museum to give to elementary students. Abby Gordon (EES art teacher) passed them out today to everyone. Inside the bag is a mini art project, a coupon for family members to visit Crystal Bridges and information about an upcoming sports art exhibit in September.

EAST students Skylynne Bentley and Harmony Spence spent time at the William F. Foster Library during Bookworms, finding inspiration and ideas for their AI-generated children’s book. We love seeing our students combine creativity, technology, and literacy in such an impactful way!

💙 Thank You, Stitches That Bind! 💙 A huge thank you to the Stitches That Bind group from First Baptist Church in England for their generous donation of hygiene bags for both our male and female students at EES & EHS. Each bag was thoughtfully hand-sewn and filled with much-needed items. ✨ Girls’ bags include pads, lotion, and wipes. ✨ Boys’ bags include deodorant, soap, a rag, and a toothbrush/toothpaste. We are so grateful for the care, time, and love that went into every single bag. Your kindness is making a real difference for our students! 🧵❤️

The College and Career Readiness (CCR) Assessment Form is being sent home again today with all students in grades 9–12. This form helps families choose the assessment that best supports each student’s future goals—whether that’s college, the workforce, or the military.
