Coach Houser's U.S. and World History classes had the opportunity to take a history-based field trip around central Arkansas on Thursday, April 2. 42 students visited the Plum Bayou Mounds State Park, Plantation Agriculture Museum, and Little Rock Central National Historic Site/Visitor Center.
The students had a great time learning about prehistoric native cultures from this area, past farming techniques and equipment, and the landmark desegregation of Little Rock Central.

🍎 England School District is on the Hunt for Top Talent!
Our team has been hitting the road to find the very best educators for our students! We recently attended teacher career fairs at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) and the University of Little Rock, Arkansas (UALR), to recruit for upcoming positions for the new school year.
It's always a great day to be a Lion, but it's even better when we run into our own!
At UCA, we had the distinct pleasure of connecting with England alumnus Dr. Matthew White. Seeing our former students excelling in higher education is exactly why we do what we do!
At UALR: We were so proud to see our very own Counseling Intern, Mrs. Linda Harris, representing her college at the career fair.
We are excited about the potential new additions to our faculty and can't wait to see what the future holds for England Schools.
