Flu Clinic is Thursday - Flu shots are FREE, but forms must be completed in order for student to receive a flu shot.

Tuesday is money collection day for the England Elementary Chocolate sale . Please be sure the money envelope has your child's name, grade and teacher and send it back on Tuesday so that we can tally our prize winners and top sellers. Thanks for your support!

EHS EAST Weekly Newsletter October 12-16th!

Students and family had a great time at the EES 4th grade breakfast. We had a ton of winners and even those that didn't win really enjoyed themselves! (More pictures to come in the comments)

🔬🧲 Science in action in Mrs. Spence’s 3rd grade class!

Today, students explored the power of magnetism through a hands-on experiment. Using a large magnet, they investigated how to transfer magnetism to a large paper clip and then use it to pick up a smaller paper clip.

Our young scientists put their problem-solving skills to the test as they explored how magnets work and discovered that magnetism can be transferred to certain objects! Way to go, scientists! 👏🔍

Parents of students in grades 3-10:

Your child recently participated in the ATLAS Interim Assessment. Each student should have brought home a Family Portal access code.

If you have not received an access code, please contact your child’s teacher or the District Testing Coordinator, Crystal Kinsey, at crystal.kinsey@englandlions.net.

EHS held an ATLAS Celebration for students in grades 7-10 for completing the ATLAS Interim assessments over the past couple of days! Students heard from the C.H.A.N.G.E. of AR Youth Coalition representative, Mrs. Collins, discussed what students and staff need to focus on, and enjoyed a few minutes of celebrating the end of the assessment! Students that scored a Level 3 & 4 and/or showed growth on the Interim Assessment will also receive a treat next week!

We are halfway there with a week and a half to go selling World's Finest Chocolate. There's still time to participate. Your student can win awesome prizes while supporting their school. We appreciate your help. Lets finish strong!

What an incredible night at Stuttgart High School for Fields of Faith!! A huge thank you to Coach Mackey and Coach Benton for taking 57 of our EHS students to be part of this special evening through Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Most importantly, we are proud of the students who chose to be there!! Coaches, we appreciate the time, leadership, and encouragement you pour into our students! Thank you for helping create opportunities them & so much more!!
