This week @ EHS!!

EHS athletics changes this week due to the excessive heat concerns: Tuesday, August 22nd: The Lion kickoff will go on as scheduled. Players will start being announced at 6:00pm. Volleyball purple and gold game will follow at 7:30pm. Thursday, August 24th: Junior high @ Two Rivers! Start time 8:00pm There will NOT be a 7/8 grade game, however, they will still dress and travel for the junior high game. Friday, August 25th: England will host Two Rivers! Start time at 8:00pm

‼️2023 LION KICKOFF‼️ The Lion Kickoff will take place on Tuesday, August 22nd at 6pm at Gaylon Gibbs Field. All peewee football/cheer will be announced, along with all fall sports for jr high and high school. This is a fundraiser so admission will be $3 per person. There will also be a hamburger ticket available. That ticket will be $10 and will include admission, burger, chips, drink and cookie. Following the program, the volleyball team will do a purple and gold game in the gym starting at 7:30pm. Your ticket is good for the Lion Kickoff and the Volleyball game. Everyone come out and support our youth and student athletes at this community event!

We are so excited to start our new 23-24 school year tomorrow. As you prepare to drop your students off at the elementary school, please remember that the first few days are a busy and hectic time. Our number one priority is student/staff safety. Please slow down when driving through the drop off/pick up line, please move up when needed, and keep your eyes focused on your surroundings. Many Kindergarten parents will be parking and walking their students in across the car line. Traffic will be heavy and probably slow. After the first few days the line will be back to normal and should move smoothly. Please be patient, kind, and considerate as we welcome students to a great year!!!!!!!!!!!!!
