According to a recent media release from the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS), "The Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) will require all Summer EBT (SEBT) recipients to reset the PIN numbers associated with their cards in response to reports of thefts of these benefits from out-of-state scammers."

The England School District is pleased to announce the district will participate in Provision 2 during the 2026-2027 school year providing meals, regardless of eligibility, at NO CHARGE for all students at the following: England Elementary School and England High School participating in the School Breakfast Program or National School Lunch Program. This is made possible through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Special Assistance Certification and Reimbursement Provision 2 Alternative. All adults, e.g., visitors, teachers, support staff members, and administrators of the district must assume the full cost of the meal which is $4.00 for Breakfast and $5.00 for Lunch.
In the operation of child feeding programs, no child will be discriminated against because of race, sex, color, national origin, age, or disability.
Non-Discrimination Statement: This explains what to do if you believe you have been treated unfairly.
In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance program, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity, in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA (not all bases apply to all programs).
